Programs from older Mastercycler® models can easily be imported. Use the program migration feature to transfer protocols from other cycler models so that you can start right away. All programming is done fast, intuitive, and comfortably via a chemical-resistant glass surface touchscreen and the well-established user interface also used for Mastercycler® X50. The handle can be operated with one hand and the SafeLid automatically adapts to apply the perfect pressure on your samples for evaporation protection. No matter if you use 0.1mL, 0.2mL tubes and tube strips, or PCR plates. Any type of PCR plate − skirted, semi-skirted and unskirted plates − can be used.
