- IQ/OQ Requalification Document Kit: Helps requalify your instrument for use on a routine schedule (e.g. annually) or after some event (e.g. service). IQ/OQ requalification kit which includes a USB stick with IQ/OQ procedure, CHEM-PR1-KIT, and CHEM-PV-8. Diagnostic reagents also sold separately.
