Acid labile resin used in Fmoc-based solid phase peptide synthesis (SPPS). Mild acidic cleavage conditions lead to the release of the peptide acid where fully protected peptides can be released if desired. Cleavage of the final protected peptide can be achieved in as little as 10% AcOH in DCM or 1% TFA in DCM.
