FastGene qFYR (96-Well) Starter Package includes:

FastGene® 2x IC Green qPCR Universal Mix (1 x 1mL; 100 x 20uL Reactions): It is well-known that SYBR Green is extensively inhibiting the qPCR. This fact led to the development of SYBR resistant enzymes. An alternative approach is to develop a dye that does not inhibit the reaction. This dye is named FastGene® IC Green. FastGene® IC Green is an intercalating dye, only detecting double stranded DNA. By not inhibiting the reaction, the FastGene® IC Green kit is able to detect genes at a lower CT-value, creating a higher sensitivity!

FastGene® 2x PROBE Universal ROX (1 x 1mL; 100 x 20uL Reactions): PROBE qPCR, using hydrolysis probes, has many advantages: Ability to multiplex, very specific signal and low to none background fluorescence. The buffer chemistry, combined with optimal primer design, is the most important part of a Probe assay based reaction. Here we present the superior buffer system of the FastGene® PROBE Universal mix.

PCR Tube Strip with Flat Cap Strip: 0.1mL PCR white 8-well strips 0.1 mL, with optical flat cap strips.

PCR Plate (2 x Samples): 96-well 0.1mL, semi-skirted.

FastGene Adhesive PCR Foil (2 x Samples): self adhesive seal for PCR plates, 135 x 80mm self adhesive seal. Suitable for real-time and conventional PCR applications. Peelable without adhesive residues, applicable for temperatures from -80°C to +110°C.
