Designed for applications requiring high sequencing accuracy, it enables the amplification of fragments up to 17.5kb from complex genomic DNA, with high yields and reduced extension times. Owi AptaFi Hot Start Master Mix offers efficient and specific amplification, even on GC- or AT-rich regions, with over 100x greater fidelity than standard Taq polymerase.
