Owi Script Reverse Transcriptase UltraMix with gDNA CleanUp for qPCR is an all-in-one solution for two-step cDNA synthesis in RT-qPCR. The 5x mix already includes Oligo(dT)20, random primers, dNTPs, an RNase inhibitor, and MgCl₂, combined with a next-generation reverse transcriptase for high specificity and yield. Integrated DNase gDNA CleanUp technology efficiently removes residual genomic DNA in the same tube, ensuring reliable and reproducible results. The resulting cDNA is fully compatible with SYBR® Green qPCR and probe-based qPCR.
