Designed for convenience, the Labclave-L series includes a front access panel and easy access side panels to simplify servicing and maintenance. The models also come equipped with Air-Ballast technology, ensuring safe sterilisation of fluids and sealed containers. Additionally, automatic pneumatically operated powered doors and emergency stop, improve operational efficiency, ergonomics, and operator safety. Each autoclave also features an enhanced 20-program touchscreen control panel for intuitive operation and flexibility, along with an armoured load probe as standard for improved durability and accurate temperature monitoring during every cycle.

• Air ballast system: fluid loads, especially sealed containers, normally need to be cooled slowly in order to prevent breakage or volume loss, air ballast provides an over pressure in the chamber during cooling allowing the fluids to be cooled faster and with a reduced risk of breakage or volume loss
• Advanced water conservation system: a newly optimised tank arrangement separates heated and cold water, enhancing water recirculation and significantly reducing the water-to-drain ratio
• Exhaust condensate unit: a re-circulating exhaust condensate unit enables discharge water temperatures to be kept below 70°C to avoid damage to plastic pipes and the environment, on vacuum models this feature also serves to protect the vacuum pump from live steam
• Automatic door with safety edge and e-stop: improving departmental efficiencies and ergonomics, locked and sealed pneumatically by utilising the inbuilt silent air compressor, the control panel ensures door cannot be released until the chamber has reached atmospheric pressure and temperature
• Armoured load probe: robust stainless steel armour flex load probe provides greater resilience in daily use, minimising risk of damage and the need for potential replacements saving on future costs
