FlashGel® FLX DNA/RNA Prestain Loading Buffers are a ready-to-use sample buffer combined with a DNA/RNA dye, specially formulated for preparing and staining DNA/RNA samples before loading onto stain-free FlashGel® FLX Cassettes. Simply prepare your DNA/RNA samples using FlashGel® FLX DNA/RNA Prestain Loading Buffer, load them into the cassette, and observe band migration in real time. Results are available in under 5 minutes. FlashGel® FLX Cassettes and DNA/RNA Prestain Loading Buffers offer a convenient, flexible workflow for complete DNA separation and documentation directly at the benchtop.

FlashGel® FLX RNA Prestain Loading Buffer supports the preparation of both native and denatured RNA samples. For denatured RNA, samples must be heat-treated to ensure effective separation.

FlashGel® FLX Cassettes used with FlashGel® FLX DNA/RNA Prestain Loading Buffer are fully compatible with the existing FlashGel® System (Dock, Camera and Markers).
