- Ideal for: eliminating any traces of sanitisers or disinfectants remaining on surfaces allowing accurate micro-organism counts to be obtained for organisms such as: TVC, Listeria spp., Staphylococci, Enterobacteriaceae eg Salmonella, E.coli (E coli / ecoli / e. coli), Staphylococcus, Klebsiella spp., E. coli , Enterobacter spp., Enterobacter sakazakii
- Known limitations: to maintain best practice, it's recommended that sampled surfaces are wiped after sampling
