Mobilized peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) are isolated from leukopaks collected in our FDA-registered collection centers following cGMP and cGTP collection guidelines from IRB consented healthy human donors. Donors are injected with G-CSF, which stimulates the bone marrow to produce a large number of hematopoietic and progenitor stem cells and mobilizes them into the peripheral blood stream.
