PI cell cycle reagent is to be used for ADAMII™ LS to analyse the cell cycle, to enable simple and intuitive analysis of the cell cycle—the series of stages through which a single cell divides into two daughter cells.
It allows fast and efficient cell cycle measurement without complex cell fixation steps, making the assay easy to perform for users of all experience levels. In addition, changes in the cell cycle before and after drug treatment can be clearly visualised and quantitatively analysed, supporting rapid and effective data interpretation.
