EX-CELL® Advanced HD Perfusion Medium is chemically-defined and contains no animal derived components. This medium is intended to be used in perfusion processes.
Application
- EX-CELL® Advanced HD Perfusion Medium has been specifically developed to support growth and productivity across a diverse set of Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells in perfusion cultures while still allowing for flexibility in the adjustment of protein quality attributes..
- This medium was developed using a strategy of Multivariate Analysis to establish correlations in which the formulation components influence critical processes and product attributes such as titre, fold expansion, protein expression and glycosylation.
- While the medium was developed specifically for steady-state perfusion, it can also support other perfusion applications such as N-1, continuous fed-batch and production perfusion where cells are not bled.
