Biochem/physiol Actions
Zinc finger, BED-type containing 1 (ZBED1) function as a crucial transcription factor for cell proliferation, and is implicated in cell cycle-dependent regulation of a number of ribosomal protein (RP) genes. The encoded protein has been suggested to be involved in the transposition of other transposable elements.
