Application
The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis. Suggested working dilution for Flow Cytometry is 5-10 µg/mL of sample. Indicated dilution is recommended starting point for use of this product. Working concentrations should be determined by the investigator.
Biochem/physiol Actions
Human leukocyte antigen A α-chain (HLA-A2) plays a major role in peptide antigen presentation. The encoded protein interacts with cytotoxic T cells (CTL) and facilitates the identification of peptide derived from the influenza matrix protein.
