General description
Cluster of differentiation 40 (CD40) is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein. It has a molecular weight of 40 ~ 50kDa and made of 277 amino acids. The CD40 gene is mapped to human chromosome 20q11-13. It has eight introns and nine exons.
Anti-CD40 Antibody detects endogenous levels of total CD40 protein.
