Anti-DGKI (N-term) antibody produced in rabbit is suitable for immunohistochemistry at a dilution of 1:50-1:100 and indirect ELISA at a dilution of 1:1000.
Biochem/physiol Actions
DGKI (Diacylglycerol kinase iota) is mainly involved in the maintenance of intracellular concentration of diacylglycerol by phosphorylating other lipids in addition to DAG. DGKI has been predicted to be a potential gene for tumor suppression in colorectal cancers and mutation in DGKI has been linked to the melanoma.
Immunogen
DGKI (139-174)This antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide selected from the N-terminal region of human DGKI.
Physical form
Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide.
