Application

Anti-GRIPAP1 antibody produced in rabbit, a Prestige Antibody, is developed and validated by the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) project . Biochem/physiol Actions

GRIPAP1 (GRIP1 associated protein 1) gene encodes a protein that functions as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor for the Ras family of small G proteins (RasGEF). It associates with glutamate receptor interacting protein 1 (GRIP1) in a complex and regulates AMPA receptor function. It is involved in the maintenance of spine morphology, and synaptic plasticity. It acts as a scaffold protein and activates MEKK-1 of JNK signaling in neurons.
