Application

Suitable for immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. May be used for cellular localization of tissue specific mRNA and protein expression.

Tissue Section Slide – I is suitable for immunohistochemistry applications and has been used as a immunohistochemistry control slide. The slide may also be used for in situ hybridization and in situ PCR studies, which includes tissue specific protein and mRNA expression, to compare the location of novel genes among different tissues.

Tissue Section Slide – I, contains multiple paraffin embedded sections prepared from different human normal tissues. Each slide contains sections from 8 human adult normal tissues: Heart, Brain, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Pancreas, Spleen, Skeletal Muscle

Preparation Note

Paraffin embeded tissue sections, approximately 5 µm thick.
