General description
Native apolipoprotein C-III from human plasma. Present in normal plasma at 80-150 µg/ml. Major protein of VLDL and chylomicrons. Involved in the uptake of triglycerides by cells. May inhibit the activation of lipoprotein lipase by Apo C-II.
