General description

Highly cross-linked polymethacrylate base material of TSKgel Octadecyl-2PW provides excellent stability in high pH buffer systems and can withstand rigorous cleaning with either acid or base. The 125Ã pores allow for anaylsis of peptides up to 8,000 Da. Columns packed with larger particle sizes are available for semi-preparative scale separations.
