General description

Ruthenium: ≥35%

A blocker of transmembrane Ca²⁺ fluxes (IC₅₀ = 7 µM) that attenuates capsaicin-induced cation channel opening. Inhibits Ca²⁺-induced Ca²⁺ release from ryanodine-sensitive intracellular Ca²⁺ stores. Inhibits K⁺-stimulated catecholamine secretion (IC₅₀ = 6 µM).
