General description

Inhibits the matrix metalloproteinase MMP-3 (IC₅₀ = 5 µM).

Inhibits matrix metalloproteinase-3 (stromelysin) (IC₅₀ = 5 µM). The inhibitor is based on a segment from the conserved region of the NH₂-terminal propeptide domain.
