Today, on World Environment Day, we reaffirm our commitment to a cleaner, safer planet by taking steps towards meaningful climate action. We are proud to announce that we will be funding 100 tonnes of nature-based carbon avoidance in partnership with Ecologi, as part of a verified forest protection initiative in Paraguay.
Forests are some of the most effective natural tools in our fight against climate change. When left standing, they continue to store carbon and support biodiversity; when destroyed, they release vast amounts of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. That’s why protecting existing forests is one of the most immediate and impactful ways to prevent harmful emissions — and why we're putting our support behind it.
By supporting forest protection projects, we’re not just offsetting emissions — we’re helping preserve irreplaceable ecosystems and building a future that’s truly sustainable.
This initiative is part of our broader 2025 sustainability strategy, which includes expanding into more ecological projects. Our previous efforts include:
- 100m² of habitat restored in the UK
- 5,236 trees planted in Kenya, Madagascar, and Uganda.
- 10 tonnes of CO₂e removed from the atmosphere in Pakistan.
We believe that every action counts, and we’re proud to continue contributing to global sustainability efforts.
