Nutrients in Soil - PT is a soils/hazardous waste (soil/HW nutrients) proficiency testing material, suitable for testing nutrients in soil samples. Our soil PT samples behave as real samples; and, unless there is no alternative, are not simply spikes added to a blank soil. Nutrients in Soil - PT proficiency testing material is produced in accordance with ISO/IEC 17043:2010. This product is produced according to TNI requirements. Preparation Note
Description All analytes are present in their acid (water-soluble) form. A total sample size of 100 g is provided. The PT sample has been sterilized. The evaluation of results will be based on study statistics for equivalent methods.Sample Preparation The PT soil is to be extracted and analyzed using an appropriate extraction and analytical method for Ammonia as N, TKN, TOC, Total Phosphorus and COD. Mix well. No modification to the sample prior to sub-sampling is necessary. In the PT Portal, please list the determinative technique used for the analysis of this sample. Report your results as mg/Kg on a dry weight basis on the analysis data sheet provided.
