Ginkgolide B is a diterpenoidcompound belonging to the group of ginkgolides, isolated from Ginkgo biloba leaves, exhibiting a wide spectrum of pharmacological properties and is used for the treatment of Alzheimer′s disease, cerebral insufficiency and memory loss.
