Application

Rhodium on alumina (Rh/Al₂O₃) (5 wt. % loading, matrix alumina support, powder) is utilized as a catalyst for the steam reforming of ethanol for use in hydrogen production using molten carbonate fuel cells. Rh/Al₂O₃ can also be used as a catalyst in the production of hydrogen from sodium borohydride (NaBH₄).
