General description

Capillary ferrules have a precision bore which is centrally located. During assembly of a connector, fiber is fixed within the ferrule using adhesive before grinding and polishing for end preparation.

Supelco has refined the design of these graphite ferrules to provide a clean, sharp profile with minimal flash.Characteristics: Seals at one-quarter turn past fingertight.
