N-Ethylcathinone, or ethylpropion, is an amphetamine and stimulant drug sold along with mephedrone as “ecstasy” at parties and raves. With street names such as ETH-CAT, the illicit drug is also sold in bath salt blends across the US, Europe, and Australia.
