Norsertraline is a major urinary metabolite and N-desmethyl analog of the SSRI antidepressant sertraline. Marketed under trade names such as Zoloft^® and Lustral, sertraline is used to treat major depressive disorder in adults as well as obsessive-compulsive, panic, and social anxiety disorders in both adults and children.
