Canine Smooth Muscle Cell Basal Medium containing 10% FBS & 10% DMSO

General description

Canine Pulmonary Artery Smooth Muscle Cells (CnPASMC) provide a solid animal model to examine physiology of vascular smooth muscle cells, as well as the function of pulmonary arteries in both normal and disease conditions.

Preparation Note

2nd passage, >500,000 cells in Canine Smooth Muscle Cell Basal Medium containing 10% FBS & 10% DMSO Can be cultured at least 16 doublings
