Corning® Erlenmeyer flasks are ideal for shaker culture applications, and storage. Baffled bottom flasks are designed to scale up suspension culture efficiently. Molded-in graduations for accurate measurements. A large vent cap allows gas exchange and reduces spilling. Highest sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10-6 RNase-/DNase-free and nonpyrogenic. Flasks are autoclavable once at 121°C, 15psi for 20 minutes. Repeated autoclaving weakens the flask and is not recommended. Vent cap is not autoclavable.
