EVE™ HT counting kit consists of items necessary for counting cells with EVE™ HT all in one package. EVE™ HT counting plate has 48 channels of which 48 different samples can be counted at once. Only 10μL of sample is required for each channel and yet high accuracy is provided. Trypan blue staining solution dyes non-viable cells in blue for viability; Trypan blue is an azo dye that is only applied to dead cells to help distinguish live and dead cells. Using mix well plate, you can thoroughly mix sample and trypan blue solution to dye cells.
It contains a total of 96 wells which is more than enough for 48 samples. Reservoir makes pipetting trypan blue solution much easier especially when using a multi-pipette. With wide well size, it allows for faster and more efficient pipetting. EVE™ HT counting kit is specifically designed for EVE™ HT automated cell counter.
