Cell viability reagent is a single reagent composed of mixture of Acridine Orange and 4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole. It is to be used with AccuPlus Slide, the disposable 4 channel slide for ADAM™ MC Plus & CellT Plus. The measuring process is much more simple and convenient with this single reagent composed of the mixture of AO and DAPI. It is possible to accurately measure not only the numbers of total cells, viable cells, non-viable cells, and viability, but also the cell size and cell aggregation ratio by using an advanced algorithm of cell counting and analysis.
