General description
Discoidin domain receptor I (DDR1) is a receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK)/collagen-activated tyrosine kinase, that is located on human chromosome 6p21.
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human DDR1 around the phosphorylation site of Tyr513.Immunogen Range: 479-528
Physical form
Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
