Application
Anti-phospho-Cortactin (pTyr421) antibody has been used in western blotting and immunoprecipitation.
Biochem/physiol Actions
Cortactin controls Arp2/3-mediated actin polymerization. This protein also modulates aggressive cancer cell traits like tumor growth, cancer cell invasion and motility, and serum- and anchorage-independent growth.
