Zeta-chain-associated protein kinase 70 (ZAP70) plays an important role in T cell receptor (TCR) signaling. It acts as an adaptor protein to increase BCR (B-cell receptor) signaling. This protein is required for T-cell transendothelial migration mediated by C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 12.

General description

Zeta-chain-associated protein kinase 70 (ZAP70) is a tyrosine kinase, present in T cells and natural killer (NK) cells. It belongs to the spleen tyrosine kinase (Syk) family. This gene is mapped to human chromosome 2q11.

Immunogen

The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human ZAP-70 around the phosphorylation site of Tyr315.Immunogen Range: 281-330
