General description
Anti-ZNF295 Antibody detects endogenous levels of total ZNF295 protein. The gene ZBTB21 (zinc finger and BTB domain containing 21) is mapped to human chromosome 21q22.3. The protein contains a BTB (broad-complex, tramtrack and bric a brac)/POZ (poxvirus and zinc finger) domain and multiple kruppel (C2H2) type zinc finger domains. ZBTB21 is part of the POK (POZ and krüppel) transcription factor family of proteins. It is widely expressed in human tissues.
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human ZNF295.Immunogen Range: 731-780
Physical form
Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
