General description

Anti-HSL Antibody detects endogenous levels of total HSL protein. Hormone sensitive lipase (HSL) is coded by LIPE (lipase E) gene. It is an intracellular lipase which acts on triglycerides, diglycerides, monoglycerides, cholesterol esters and retinyl esters. It is mapped to human chromosome 19q13.
