CCR7 (C-C motif chemokine receptor 7) regulates lymphocyte cell trafficking and lymph node distribution. CCR7’;s interaction with CCL21 promotes metastasis of cancer via lymph node. CCR7 is known to be associated with breast cancer, melanoma, colorectal cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, and chronic lymphocytic leukemia.

General description

Anti-CCR7 antibody detects endogenous level of total CCR7(CD197) protein. CCR7 (C-C motif chemokine receptor 7) is localized to T cells, natural killer and dendritic cells. The CCR7 gene is mapped to human chromosome 17q21.2.
