General description
Potassium two pore domain channel subfamily K member 18 (KCNK18) or TRESK is part of the potassium channel family. It is expressed in trigeminal and dorsal root ganglions. The protein is activated by calcium signals. The TRESK gene is localized on human chromosome 10q25.3.
Immunogen
TRESK antibody was raised against a 17 amino acid peptide from near the center of human TRESK.
Linkage
The action of this antibody can be blocked using blocking peptide SBP3500141.
