Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000, IP: 1:100-1:500, WB: 1:500-1:3000, ChIP assay: Assay-dependent dilution. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

Biochem/physiol Actions

This gene is located on the X chromosome and is the corresponding locus to a Y-linked gene which encodes a tetratricopeptide repeat (TPR) protein. The encoded protein of this gene contains a JmjC-domain and catalyzes the demethylation of tri/dimethylated histone H3. [provided by RefSeq]
