Immunogen

highly purified GST fusion protein from the C-terminal of human potassium channel K_v1.3. The protein corresponds to amino acids 471-523.

Physical form

Lyophilized at ~1 mg/ml from phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 5% sucrose, 1% bovine serum albumin, and 0.025% sodium azide.

Specificity

Recognizes a full-length K_v1.3 protein. Does not cross-react with other potassium channel antigens.
