General description

Recombinant, mouse secreted frizzled related protein 3 (sFRP-3) consisting of amino acids Ala 33-Ser323, fused at the N-terminus to a His Tag™ sequence and expressed in NSO-derived mouse myeloma cells. sFRP-3 is a soluble antagonist of Wnt signaling. It prohibits interactions with Frizzled receptors by binding directly to Wnt proteins.

Reconstitution

Reconstitute with sterile PBS contanining ≥1% human or bovine serum albumin. Please refer to the vial label for lot-specific reconstitution volume.

Following reconstituion refrigerate (4°C) for short term storage or aliquot and freeze (-20°C) for long-term storage. Stock solutions are stable for up to 1 month at 4°C or for up to 3 months at -20°C.
