General description

SigmaScreen Streptavidin coated high capacity plates utilize a proprietary coating technology which provides substantially greater biotin binding capacity than standard Streptavidin or ExtrAvidin coated plates. With greater than 300 pmol/well for the 96-well clear format and greater than 150 pmol/well for the 384-well clear format, Streptavidin coated high capacity plates provide a platform which allows the captured protein to be eluted for post-capture analysis by various methods such as MALDI, ICAT or SDS-PAGE. Streptavidin coated high capacity plates are manufactured under ISO 9002 in Sigma’;s GMP facility and deliver high well-to-well and plate-to-plate consistency.
