General description

Ready to use, cell culture-tested, suitable for stem cell applications. Acts as a highly potent, cell-permeable, reversible, and selective inhibitor of Rho-associated protein kinases (K_i = 140 nM for p160ROCK). Also shown to improve survival of human stem cells especially during cell culture passage and manipulation.
