General description

D₂-like dopamine receptor antagonist targeting D₂R (pKi =8.0), D₃R (pKi = 7.9), and 5-HT1A R (pKi=5.2). Used to explore D₂ like receptor mediated effects in neuropathic pain, and in antagonism studies of DA receptors during heroin usage and cocaine. D₂ Receptor selectivity in various preps shows IC₅₀ values around 32 nM.
