Human TIM-3, also known as T-cell immunoglobulin mucin receptor 3, T-cell membrane protein 3, TIMD-3, Hepatitis A virus cellular receptor 2, HAVCR-2, and KIM-3 with a C-terminal FLAG-tag. GenBank Accession No. NM_032782.4, a.a. 22-200 expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW = 20.8 kDa. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
