General description

Fatty Acid Methyl Ester Purification Kit is used to further purify samples prepared with the Fatty Acid Methylation Kit (MAK224). Fatty acid samples are required to be cleaned with this kit before the analysis by a capillary column.

Principle

The Fatty Acid Methylation Kit (Catalog Number MAK224) followed by the Fatty Acid Methyl Ester Purification Kit employs a proprietary reaction technique. Using these kits, the fatty acid methyl esterification/purification process is greatly simplified.
