Amersham^™ ECL^™ Select: Western blotting detection reagent with highly intense signal output, for detection of medium to very low protein levels.Amersham^™ ECL^™ Select is a high sensitivity reagent for chemiluminescent Western blotting detection. High signal intensity makes Amersham^™ ECL^™ Select suitable for the most demanding Western blotting applications, allowing for detection of minute protein quantities. Its long lasting signals allow for multiple exposures and a convenient time window between experiment and analysis. Signals can be detected with CCD camera or X-ray film.Amersham^™ ECL^™ Select typically exhibits a dynamic range that is complementary to Amersham^™ ECL^™ Prime, and similar to Amersham^™ ECL^™ Advance.
