General description

Canine Skeletal Muscle Cells (CnSkMC) provide a useful system to study many aspects of muscular function and disease and can serve as an intermediate model of human diseases. Skeletal Muscle Cells also play an instrumental role in the glucose metabolism and diabetes.

Preparation Note

1st passage, >500,000 cells in Canine Skeletal Muscle Cell Basal Medium containing 10% FBS & 10% DMSO Can be cultured at least 15 doublings
